WHAT IF IT DOESN'T WORK OUT
Sometimes it just isn't meant to be, or situations and circumstances change. This is perfectly fine! We have a flexible exit clause in our contracts where either party can terminate the agreement with two months notice, or after the last booking. This is another advantage over long-term rentals which can be expensive and difficult to break before the lease expires.
WHO ARE WE
We're a small, local, family owned business with three years of experience managing Short Term Rental (STR) properties in the Atlanta area. We're constantly looking for new opportunities to expand our services and help other home owners get their properties set up, listed, and optimized so they can make the most of their space. We dive deep into every property looking for ways to make it stand out and shine
HOW WE GET PAID
We will sign a operational contract depending on your situation and needs. To provide a full service management, we will typically agree to between 20-30% after expenses, so we only get paid after you get paid. This also serves to create a partnership so we are both incentivized to improve and optimize the space to maximize our joint profitability.
If your space needs work and furnishing, no worries! We can negotiate either an upfront payment to get your property set up and launched as quickly as possible so you can start turning your empty space into profits, or we can negotiate a higher percentage to get you started with other resources. Alternatively, we can guide you through the process with recommendations for things you can fix, upgrade, improve, and set up over time and launch when you are ready!
